X BIENNIAL GENERAL MEETING via ZOOM MEETING
    On 12^th  & 13^th December 2020

Demands :

 

1.     Stop merging of Accounts department with Personnel to maintain the independence and parity with other Accounts and Audit departments of Central Government.

2.     We demand implementation of the next higher level available for Class IV Staff, ACCTS. CLERKS, JAAs, AAs, ASVs, , STENOGRAPHERS, TYPISTS, FPEs AND CASH & PAY STAFF.

3.     Promote all Staff in level II(Grade Pay Rs.1800/ of VI CPC)- as Accounts Clerks on Seniority basis.

4.     Increase the percentage for Sr.AA promotion to 10% of the combined strength of merged Sr.SO(A) cadre.

5.     Extend Group ‘B’ Status to SO(A)/TIA/ISA & Sr.SO(A)/Sr.TIA,Sr.ISA and abolish 70% and 30% selection to the post of AFA.

6.     The II financial upgradation under ACP should be extended to CG II promotees treating their promotion as JAA as Direct Recruitment.

7.     Implement the modified ACP duly allowing the next grade Pay as per the next hierarchy in the department.

8.     Restore grant of three Additional increments to ASVs for passing App.IV Exam and increase the percentage of Sr.ASVs as 80%.

9.     Grant Qualification increments in lieu of Qualification Allowance for passing App.II & III Examinations, ICWAI, MBA,Finance duly including it as ‘PAY’ for all purposes.

10.  Promote all Accounts Clerks who have put in 10 years of service as J A As without linking to vacancies.

11.  Order change of designations of Accounts Cadre on par with Organised Accounts as demanded by AIRASA.

12.  Fill up all vacancies.

Dear Comrades,

As resolved in the online CWC meetings held on 26^th September 2020, the X  Biennial General Body Meeting of AIRASA will be held on 12^th 13^th December 2020 via ZOOM Meeting. The necessary Link for joining the meeting will be published on 11^th December 2020.

This is the TIME TO REORGANISE ourselves and show our unity. All of you may be aware that the damage to our Accounts department has already been done by merging the department with Personnel department. Federations have not opposed this. It is our duty not only to show our protest but also highlight to the MR and CRB that we are part of organised Accounts and Audit departments of Central Government and our independence should be maintained. There are many other developments detrimental to our cadre which have to be resisted and protested. There are large number of new recruits in almost all the Railways. Seniors should educate them about AIRASA and its achievements including implementation of improved pay scales and make them participate in Association activities.
